Join us once a month for a time of Community, Affirmation, Restoration, and Empowerment (CARE)!

As dedicated professionals, you tirelessly support others, but it’s equally important to prioritize your own well-being. CARE Group is an opportunity for us to come together, share experiences, and nurture our holistic wellness. Led by staff from Project Belong Virginia and Grace Covenant Church, we discuss self-care strategies, 6 Dimensions of Wellness, and ways to care for ourselves kindly in demanding roles.

Free Coffee Bar will be served at each meeting!
