Care Community Clinic Registration

WHO IS THIS FOR?
This is for individuals interested in starting a ministry at their church, with a focus on developing Care Communities to support foster, adoptive, and biological families.

WHAT DOES THIS COURSE INCLUDE?
In this course, you will learn the essentials of engaging your church in caring for vulnerable children and families. Then, you will proceed to the portion of the course that talks specifically about creating Care Communities.

The FAM Care Community Clinic is divided into 2 sections:

• Part 1: Online Course (2.5 hours) *This is required prior to attending the live webinar.

• Part 2: Live Webinar (2 hours)

Both sessions must be completed to receive a certificate and Advocate access to the database which we use to manage Care Communities (called Promise Serves).
