Don’t Go Alone is new program launching this Fall, dedicated to connecting youth ages 18-24 who have aged out of foster care to lifelong mentors.

This informational session is open to anyone who is interested in learning more about this pressing need to help aging of youth in our region, how Don’t Go Alone seeks to address it, and how you can get involved.
